Preapproved Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) Plans

All California municipalities are mandated by state law to have a preapproval process for ADU plans by Jan. 1, 2025. This is intended to allow for ADUs to be approved on a more expedited basis. $500,000 Grant Awarded for Wall Property Acquisition

On June 6, 2024, the California Coastal Conservancy awarded a $500,000 grant to the Marin Open Space Trust (MOST) to aid in the acquisition of the Wall Property.
