The Fairfax Public Art Foundation is excited to announce a Request for Proposals (RFP) for a new mural to be featured on the Parkade wall in Fairfax. We invite artists to submit their creative visions for this significant public art project.
Submission Guidelines:
- Artists must submit a scale drawing that accurately represents their proposed mural design. The mural will be installed on a pink concrete wall measuring 2.5 feet tall by 100 feet long.
- All proposals must be submitted in hard copy form and delivered to Maria Baird at Fairfax Town Hall, 142 Bolinas Rd, Fairfax, CA.
Review Process: Proposals will be reviewed in collaboration with the Fairfax Park and Recreation Commission, the Fairfax Public Art Foundation, and the Fairfax Artists in Residence.
Deadline: The deadline for submissions is September 15th, 2024.
