  • The tables are 6’x3’ and the spaces are 5’x7’
  • We will be providing chairs.
  • The Pavilion is 100 year old building, so, there is no electrical access for vendors.
  • Plan on packing your own lunch or purchase from our caterer this year, A Fork Full of Earth

Location

The Craft Fair is located in the Fairfax Pavilion (just up the hill from the Fairfax Town Hall) and the Fairfax Ball Field. The Pavilion & adjoining ball field are located near the corner of Bolinas Road (142 Bolinas Rd) and Elsie Lane in Fairfax, in Marin County, less than an hours’ drive from the Golden Gate Bridge.

Schedule

FRIDAY, December 12th

The Pavilion will be open from 3pm-5pm for loading in. At the front, side & back of the Pavilion there will be loading zone only - no parking available. We recommend that you come early to make sure you get everything you need. Members of the Craft Fair volunteer staff will be on hand to help locate your table.  We will lock the Pavilion at 5pm & have an alarm on the building.

SATURDAY, December 13th

The Pavilion will be open at 9am. You can set up your booth that morning, but please be ready to sell by the 11:00am start time.

Parking

The Craft Fair Organizers cannot hold parking spaces for exhibitors.  Saturday morning between 9am - 10am we will hold a few spaces in the Pavilion parking lot on Bank Street for quick unloading and exiting. This lot will not be available to vendors after 10am for parking. It will be only for attendees of the fair. We want to be sure that shoppers have a place to park so they can shop all day!

Parking for the whole day – We are happy to be able to provide parking passes again this year. We will have them available by download on the website (please do your best to print one before you arrive) or the day of the faire. They are only for Vendors and they will allow you to park in a spot designated as 4 hours for the whole day! Just place the parking pass in your front windshield and the Fairfax parking attendants will know that you are a vendor at the faire and will not site you.

Payments

Each vendor is responsible for taking their own payments. Most vendors use an app like Square to accept credit cards as well as cash. We do have wifi in the Pavilion. The network is Fairfax Guest  password is fairfax1

Youth Vendors

We are so happy you will be selling your handmade items at the Faire. Remember you will have half of a 3x6' table so plan to display in a creative way and respect your table neighbor. Also a reminder that all vendors, including the Youth Vendors are expected to be set up and ready to sell at 11am and stay until 5pm. It's a long day but it helps make the Faire feel full and happy when everyone stays until the end. You can take breaks of course, maybe have a little sign that says "back in 20 minutes" so people know you will be there. Thank you for participating, this is such a special part of the Faire!
