Have a voice in your town government – join a board, committee, or commission!
Town committees and commissions provide advice to the Town Council, and the important work they do ensures community participation in the decision-making process. Committees and commissions hold regular meetings, which are open to the public. You can find the current and archived agendas on the Public Meetings page. To learn a more about each group, use the menu at the left.
Serving on a committee or commission is a rewarding way to get involved with your community, as well as make new friends. Each year, the Town Clerk posts the Local Appointments List of current members and their terms. We are always looking for people to apply to serve on these boards and commissions. Learn more below about how to participate..
Please contact the Town Clerk's office if you have questions.
