Class Schedule
- Mat Yoga: In-person and Zoom classes
- Days: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday
- Time: 9:00 am to 10:15 am
- Chair Yoga: In-person and Zoom classes
- Days: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday
- Time: 10:30 am to 11:30 am
- Level: All levels welcome; modify poses as needed and bring your own props.
Need to know
- Props: Please bring your own; social distancing and mask-wearing optional.
- Location: Women’s Club
- Capacity: Limited to 20 people
- Priority: Fairfax residents
