Conduct a Planning Commission workshop on two of the 2015 Housing Element Opportunity Sites, located at:

1. 2626 Sir Francis Drake Boulevard, Christ Lutheran Church (6:00 pm to 7:30 pm);
2. 2040 Sir Francis Drake Boulevard, Fairfax Market (7:30 to (9:00 pm)

For the purpose of providing an opportunity for:

• Town Staff to explain what is modeled for each of these two sites in the 2015 Housing Element and the ‘entitlements’ process;
• The property owner’s architects to present their ideas for the properties; and
• The community and neighbors to express their concerns about the future development of these sites
