Discuss partial implementation for rent stabilization program; consider adoption of a resolution to start partial implementation of the rent stabilization program; and consider introduction of an ordinance to amend Chapter 5.55 (Rent Stabilization Program) of the Town Code. s. Ordinance is designed to provide housing providers a lower cost option to request rent increases above the Annual General Adjustment.
