CONSENT CALENDAR
- Acceptance of Financial Statement and Disbursement Reports October 2014
- Approval of minutes for the November 5, 2014 Town Council meeting
- Adoption of a resolution granting an adjustment to allow a second driveway at 50 Bay Road
- Approval of a contract with Sustainable Fairfax to implement the mandates of the Zero Waste grant including public education and outreach services related to recycling and green waste
- Approve transfer of funds from the Fairfax Open Space Committee to the Marin Open Space Trust for the purchase of Sky Ranch
- Adoption of a resolution requesting the California Public Employees’ Retirement System (CalPERS) and the Marin County Employees’ Retirement Association (MCERA) to divest holdings in fossil fuel investments

- Discuss/consider Residents’ Petition regarding parking issues in the Inyo Avenue neighborhood and possible solutions, including adoption of a resolution to allow overnight parking in the Parkade and Mono Avenue lots
