Second reading by title only and adoption of an Ordinance Adding a New Article III (‘Medical Marijuana Cultivation’) to Town Code Chapter 17.138 (‘Regulations Applying in Multiple Districts’) of Title 17 (‘Zoning”) of the Fairfax Town Code, to ban marijuana cultivation with exemptions for personal cultivation for qualified patients and primary caregivers; exempt from CEQA  – Town ManagerPlanning Director
