- Council directed referral of a Planning Commission approval of a Conditional Use Permit, Design Review, Sign Permit, and Traffic Impact Permit to operate a gas station/ convenience market at 2001 Sir Francis Drake Boulevard (APN 002-116-04). Project is categorically exempt from CEQA per 14 C.C.R. §§ 15301, 15302, and 15303
