- Approve the Notice of Completion for 93 Madrone Roadway Stabilization Project – Town Manager
PUBLIC HEARING
- Adopt a resolution approving a 6.54% service rate increase for Marin Sanitary Service (MSS) for the provision of solid waste (garbage) and recycling services; exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) per 14 CCR 15061(b)(3), as it can be shown with certainty that the action will have no adverse significant effect on the environment – Town Manager

- Begin discussion/consideration of local cannabis (non-medical and medical marijuana) regulatory options – Planning Director, Town Manager
- Introduce and read by title only an Ordinance Adding Chapter 5.52 Entitled “Income-Based Rental Housing Discrimination” to the Fairfax Municipal Code, Title 5, to Increase Affordable Housing Opportunities in the Town which would prohibit landlords from discriminating against prospective renters solely on the basis that a portion of their rent was guaranteed by a third party subsidy such as a Section 8 housing voucher; CEQA Categorical Exemption Class 8, CEQA Guidelines Sections 15060(c)(2), 15061– Town Manager
