- Discuss/consider three options for compliance with SB 415 to hold regular municipal elections in even-numbered years; and introduce, waive first reading and read by title only an Ordinance Changing the Regular Election from November of Odd-Numbered Years to the Statewide General Election in November of Even-Numbered Years and Amending Chapter 2.04 of the Fairfax Town Code Pertaining to Municipal Elections – Town Manager
- Discuss local regulatory options for nonmedical marijuana – Town Manager
