- Conduct a Community Forum regarding the general Plan, including the Housing Element, for the purpose of providing the community an opportunity to:

- Learn more about the General Plan (GP) and Housing Element (HE)
- Discuss the issues raised regarding Ordinance No. 778, which proposed the rezoning of specific properties in accordance with GP and HE policies, and
- Discuss proposed zoning text changes and amendments to the General Plan and Housing Element to address concerns and issues raised
