Project improvements includes asphalt pavement milling and filling, clearing, grubbing, traffic controls, installation of storm drain facilities, large trash capture device, concrete curb and gutter, concrete sidewalk widening and repair and driveway approaches, utility relocations and adjustments to grade as indicated in the plans and these specifications.
