Project Description
The property located at 95 Broadway, also known as “School Street,” is being proposed for redevelopment as a mixed-use project. This property was identified as a potential site for new affordable housing in the Town of Fairfax’s Housing Element, which was adopted earlier this year.
The project applicant is proposing:
- Residential Space: 257,039 square feet comprising 202 market-rate units and 41 affordable units (25% low-income affordable).
- Commercial Space: 5,750 square feet on the ground floor.

- Full application: Must be submitted 180 days from the submittal date of the preliminary application. The deadline for the full application is June 2, 2025.
