Project Description

The property located at 95 Broadway, also known as “School Street,” is being proposed for redevelopment as a mixed-use project. This property was identified as a potential site for new affordable housing in the Town of Fairfax’s Housing Element, which was adopted earlier this year.

The project applicant is proposing:

  • Residential Space: 257,039 square feet comprising 202 market-rate units and 41 affordable units (25% low-income affordable).
  • Commercial Space: 5,750 square feet on the ground floor.

  • Full application: Must be submitted 180 days from the submittal date of the preliminary application. The deadline for the full application is June 2, 2025.

The applicant must submit a full application by June 2, 2025 for the project. Until a full application is received, the Town of Fairfax is unable to review or comment on the project. Upon submission of the full application, the project will be reviewed in accordance with all Town requirements, and opportunities for public input will be provided.
