Two Ordinances Adopted at the October Council Meeting Regarding Single Use Plastics and Planning Application Time Limits and Extensions

At the October 2nd Council Meeting two new ordinances were adopted. Ordinance 837 Added Sections Establishing Time Limits for Incomplete Planning Permit Applications and Extensions for Permit Application Deadlines. Ordinance 838 Regulating Single-Use Foodware.
