The Park and Recreation Commission is excited to introduce the Peri Park Tot Lot—a safe, enclosed play area for children aged 18 months to 3 years. This 10×12-foot space will feature a low fence and gate, creating a secure environment for toddlers to play and thrive.
The total cost of this project is estimated at $9,000 to $11,000, covering fencing, surfacing, and accessibility features. While the Town of Fairfax is providing staff support to oversee the installation, no public funds are being used to finance the project.
