79 Wood Lane Appeal
The Town Council held a public hearing on an appeal regarding the building project located at 79 Wood Lane. The appellant and their legal representative joined the meeting to participate in the discussion. Following public comment and deliberation, the Town Council voted to revoke and rescind the application for the project located at 79 Wood Lane.

Partial Implementation for the Rent Stabilization Program
The Town Council received a presentation from Planning and Building Services Director Jeff Beiswenger and Town Attorney Janet Coleson regarding an option to partially implement the Rent Stabilization program. The discussion included the consideration of a resolution for an introductory registration system and telephone information line, as well as an ordinance to amend Chapter 5.55 (Rent Stabilization Program) of the Town Code to provide for an interim $1000 petition fee to cover the cost of providing a hearing conducted by a hearing examiner.
The Council adopted the resolution, and the second reading of the proposed ordinance will go the next regular Town Council meeting on March 6, 2024.
